Bel Star, two simple words that in Venetian dialect mean "beautiful place to live" but that for the Bisol family take on an even deeper meaning. Bel Star is in fact the name of an estate that has been recovered in a hilly area at the gates of the classic production area, a place where wines of particular value are born, always fine and elegant.
Sensory Features: Pale yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has fragrant aromas of white pulp fruit, violets and acacia. On the palate it is fresh, soft, full and creamy, with a rich and particularly tasty finish.

Residual Sugar: 17 grams per litre
Serve with: Lightly spiced Thai prawns or as an aperitif.
