Vineyard: Château Canon-La-Gaffelière 2022 is a Saint-Émilion wine produced from a 19.75-hectare vineyard planted on clay-limestone and clay-sand soils. Managed on a plot-by-plot basis, this atypical vineyard receives all the attention it needs and is farmed using certified organic methods.
Winemaking & Ageing: Harvest from 6 to 22 September. Vinification in wooden vats. Extraction by pneumatic punching down. Vatting for 32 days. Aged on fine lees in barrels (40% new).
