Sensory features: Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Intense and quite persistent bouquet, mainly fruity, where banana and pear stand out, evolving into hazelnut notes by time. On the palate it is dry, harmonious, with good acidity that makes it so fresh and pleasant.
