A protagonist in the history of Fumane and Valpolicella Classica, the Allegrini family has always been committed to becoming the custodian of the territories in which it operates, of the culture and traditions. Thanks to important innovations in the viticultural and oenological fields, with an eye always oriented towards the history of the vine and wine, Allegrini manages bottle after bottle, vintage after vintage, to enhance its 150 hectares of vineyards that give birth to unique and prestigious wines, the result of the refined corporate style and the harvest of grapes that grow exclusively on the family's land.
Grappa di Amarone is produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta pomace and is distilled in continuous and discontinuous cycle copper stills after which it is left to rest for 12 months in oak barrels thus providing greater general softness. Amber in color, it releases notes mainly of cherry, derived from the grapes of origin, also leaving room for more complex notes dictated by the aging in wood. The sip is warm, soft and persistent, a real caress for the palate.
Perfect to enjoy after a relaxing Sunday lunch. To fully appreciate its style,
Grappa di Amarone should be served at a serving temperature of 18/20°C.
