Vineyards: The Constantly seeking excellence and paying particular attention to its terroir, the Desiderio Jeio estate manages its vineyards using the Sylvoz pruning method (a long pruning technique) and the double curtain pruning method (two rods per vine are bent into an arch), all while respecting the environment and biodiversity.
