Pecorino (named after the grape cluster's resemblance to a sheep's head - not the cheese) is one of the best known regional whites however, it rarely makes it to the export market because of naturally low yields.
Sensory features: This Pecorino presents a rich, elegant arrangement of aromas highlighted by lemon and light mango. Light to medium-bodied, with bright acidity, papaya, green apple and dancing marzipan on the finish.
Technical Notes
Grape: 100% Pecorino.
Best served: with seafood, pasta with light sauces and variety of poultry dishes.
