Sensory Features: Medium to deep ruby-purple in colour, this Pinot Noir opens to a lovely core of red and black cherry fruits accented with hints of violets, lavender, forest floor and mossy bark. Medium-bodied, it has a solid backbone of grainy tannins and lively acid supporting the muscular berry and earthy flavors. It finishes long and clean.

Grape Variety: Pinot Noir

Six clones of Pinot Noir employed grown primarily on clay soils, hand-picked, given a cold soak and indigenous yeast fermented to 14.0%. The wine spending 21-28 days on skins and aged 18 months in 15% new French oak barrels.
